Can I access my security system remotely?
Of course! Our security systems were specifically designed to be accessible remotely. This way, you can view live feeds from all cameras, arm or disarm your system, and receive real-time alerts with the cuid app on your smartphone, from anywhere with an Internet connection.
How do I install this camera? Do I need any prior knowledge?
When you hire our monitoring service, our team of professional associated installers will be responsible for strategically installing and configuring the cameras. If you wish to install the devices yourself, you can do so very easily, using 3M adhesives or nails (recommended).
How do I connect the camera?
Depending on your preference, we can connect via Wi-Fi and wired connections. If you opt for our Pro series of cameras, we may need to set up Ethernet cable routing, which you can do without help in minutes.
