Interpretation

Words whose initial letter appears capitalized have the meanings defined below.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

• Website: refers to the site accessible from https://www.cuid.mx .
• Goods or Products: refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders : Means a request made by You in relation to the purchase of Products.

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

It typically takes 10 business days to process an order before it is shipped.

• There are some exceptions where an order may take longer than ten (10) days to ship. If this is the case for your order, the estimated delivery date shown at checkout will take into account the actual shipping date.

Deliveries of pre-sale purchases

By making the purchase during the pre-sale period, you expressly accept that shipping and installation times may take up to forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of payment, so you will exempt cuid from any claim or complaint arising from the delivery or installation during said period.

If the designated delivery and installation period elapses, you must contact Cuid staff to follow up on your case.
