How much does the monitoring service cost and what does it include?
The advanced monitoring service starts at 399MXN per month. If you subscribe to the service for at least 12 months or the equivalent of 2,500 MXN, the installation of the equipment is free.

How many cameras does it include?
For now, neither cameras nor other security devices are included. If you want a quote that includes security devices, write to us at hola@cuid.mx and we will respond immediately.
How does the monitoring system work?
Security is in your hands: We only monitor the areas you authorize us to during installation. Then, we monitor your property remotely, with trained security professionals observing each camera in real time. Once a real threat is detected, we apply the emergency protocols described below.
What happens in the event of an emergency?
With cuid's monitoring and response service, you are never alone in critical moments. If we confirm that the threat is real - the AI of cuid devices allows 99% of false alarms to be filtered - we activate our efficient emergency protocol:
